Collecting Personal Information

When you install and use the App, we collect certain information about your Shopify store, your use of the App, and information necessary to provide App features. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information about an identifiable individual as "Personal Information".

• Store and account information (shop domain, staff user access through Shopify)
• Order and customer data accessed via Shopify Admin API to display order history and analytics blocks
• App configuration stored in shop metafields (block settings and preferences)
• Billing and subscription status through Shopify's billing system
• Customer support information you provide when contacting us

Minors

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect children's personal data.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your information with service providers to help us operate the App. For example:

Advertising

We do not use personal information from the App for advertising, retargeting, or behavioural profiling of merchants or their customers.

We use data to provide App features, display customer order history and analytics in the Shopify admin, process subscriptions, maintain settings, and communicate with you about the App.

Retention

We retain shop settings and operational data for as long as the App is installed. When the App is uninstalled, we delete locally stored OAuth sessions and remove app configuration metafields from your shop. Order and customer data displayed by the App is read from Shopify and is not copied to our servers. We may retain information only where required by law.

Automatic Decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies

The App runs inside the Shopify admin and uses session mechanisms required for authentication and embedded app functionality. We do not use cookies for unrelated tracking.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the last revised date.
